Make IT Agri is a national competition open to students from all disciplines, united around one goal: designing a digital, robotic or IT innovation to tackle the agricultural and food challenges of the 21st century.
In teams of 2 to 6, you’ll imagine a concrete solution that addresses the sector’s major issues: environment, economy, quality, food safety, short supply chains, new consumption practices…

Teams download and complete their application form, to be submitted by January 5 at midnight. This is your chance to lay the foundation of your project and show what drives you!
The jury reviews all submissions, assessing relevance, innovation potential, and alignment with the challenge’s goals. At the end of this phase, 10 projects are selected.
Selected teams receive personalized support to refine their concept, strengthen their technical solution, and prepare for the final pitch. Experts, mentors and partners are on hand throughout this key stage.
Each team presents its project to the final jury during a dedicated event.
The top 3 projects are awarded prizes of up to €4,000.
The challenge is open to all post-secondary students, in France or abroad, from any field of study: computer science, agronomy, environment, design, engineering, business, health, and more. Participation requirements:
Be enrolled in a post-secondary program (and hold a valid student card)
Propose a tech-based project (digital, robotic or IT)
Form a team of 2 to 6 students (from the same or different schools)
Aim for a positive impact on agriculture or food systems
Each project is encouraged to adopt a system-wide perspective, from field to fork, with a technological foundation and attention to environmental, economic, and social dimensions. Out of inspiration? Explore our Idea Box!
At the end of the Final, three teams are awarded and receive financial support to keep developing their project.
